Dear future guest!

Before booking at our accommodation, please read and consider our Policies to help make your stay at MOUNTAIN SONATA HOTEL & APARTMENTS more comfortable.

Rules and conditions of residence are developed on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism”, “Rules for the use of hotels and similar means of accommodation and hotel services”, as well as other regulations and regulate relations in the field of hotel and additional services.

The hotel has the right to: * accept the application for booking rooms by electronic or telephone type, as well as from the Hotel’s own website or hotel partner sites, where the guest will pay another higher cost of services. * independently set, change the cost of accommodation and additional services. The hotel has the right to change these terms and conditions.

Identity card upon arrival and payment

The hotel reserves the right to block the funds on the Guest’s credit card in the amount of 50% of the cost of accommodation for at least 14 days before the arrival of the Guest to the Hotel. In case of no credit card or inability of the Hotel to accept the card from the Guest, the Hotel has the right to ask the Guest to make a prepayment of 50% of the total booking price

Upon check-in, the Guest must pay in full for the entire period of stay in cash or by bank card (in case of arrival later than the booked date or in case of early departure the amount of booking is not refundable and non-refundable) and provide the administrator / owner with a passport or other document. . Identity cards must be provided by all guests staying in the room. The hotel does not reimburse the Guest’s expenses incurred by the Guest due to invalid travel documents.

Arrival time – from 13.30 local time

Departure time – until 11.30 local time

Early arrival

In case of early check-in before 07:00, an additional charge of 100% of the room rate per night will be charged. In case of check-in between 07:00 and 11:30, an additional charge of 50% of the room rate per night will be charged.

Late departure

In case of late check-out after 18:00, an additional charge of 100% of the room rate per night will be charged. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability

Cancellation policy

Please read the Terms and Conditions when booking a room of the selected category. The cancellation period and the amount of the penalty for late cancellation, change of reservation or NO SHOW depends on the tariff you have chosen.

Accommodation of children

Children up to 6 years old stay in a room with parents free of charge without extra bed but not more than 1 child in a double room with one bed. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Accommodation of outsiders

Accommodation of unauthorized persons who have not been registered at the hotel is prohibited and punishable by a fine! It is also forbidden to change hotel guests by the head of the group or the person who made the reservation for another guest, from the moment of arrival until the moment of check-out. In case of departure of a part of the group or a person for whom the reservation was made by another responsible person before the deadline, the cost of living may be transferred and not refundable. The cost of an extra bed for children under 14 years – from 250 UAH / day (depending on the date of residence)

Accommodation of pets

Only upon prior request of the hotel, which takes into account the size and type of animals, as well as their ability to disturb the peace.


Smoking is not allowed in the premises / rooms of the Hotel. In case of violation of this rule, the Hotel reserves the right to impose penalties on the Guest in the amount of UAH 1,000. for smoking in the rooms and premises of the Hotel. The amount of the fine paid will cover additional losses of the Hotel for the payment of special cleaning, cleaning, repair or replacement of property.


In rooms without a kitchen it is forbidden to cook using multicookers and other kitchen appliances, except for the provided electric kettles and refrigerator.


Sauna / pool is not allowed. Guests with medical contraindications, any signs of illness, as well as in the condition of the Hotel are not responsible in case of damage to the health of the Guest or in the event of an accident while using the Spa area.


Parking is available free of charge. The Hotel is not liable for damage to the Guest’s car or other cars in the parking lot or on the territory of the Hotel.


Guests are not allowed to store flammable items in the room, bring materials and items that endanger the life and health of others, and use the Hotel room for illegal purposes. The hotel is not responsible for shortage, damage or loss of money, currency, securities, jewelry and other valuables of the Guest, which were not hidden at the request of the guest in the safe.

Forgotten things

In case of finding the forgotten things of the Guest, the Hotel immediately notifies the owner, if he is known. Forgotten things are stored in the Hotel for a short time. Then things not needed for return are disposed of.

Property of the hotel

The guest must protect the property of the Hotel. In case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, the Guest reimburses the loss of lost and damaged property of the Hotel at the time and time of damage. The guest is also liable for damage to the property of the Hotel by its family members and visitors.


The hotel adheres to the rules of privacy. The hotel may request personal data of the Guest, which include: name and contact information, date of birth, credit card details, dates of arrival and departure. The personal data of the Guest can be used for the purpose of booking rooms. The personal data of the Guest can also be used to improve the quality of the Hotel’s services, to conduct marketing research. The information may be provided to third parties in exceptional cases provided by applicable law only with the consent of the guest.

The hotel also has a silence policy. After 11.30 pm, each guest must respect the other guests of the hotel and not disturb the silence, no matter where he is in the hotel.
